Springbrook State School is proud to be a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school. PBL is a whole-school framework that promotes positive behaviour across the school and helps develop safe and supportive learning environments. By implementing the PBL framework, we ensure that all students are explicitly taught the expected behaviours and that clear and consistent boundaries are established.
Our staff take a proactive, preventative approach to support all students, helping them to be successful at school. Student outcomes are closely monitored, allowing us to provide additional support when needed and intensive support for a minority of students to engage successfully at school.
At Springbrook State School, we embody our values of being Thoughtful, Responsible, Accountable, and Kind. These values are taught explicitly through a weekly behaviour focus tied to one of these core principles, reinforcing a positive and cohesive school culture
